Louis (1992°) is a Ghent-based chef with over 15 years of experience in restaurants, events and catering.

Before opening his own restaurant, he worked in restaurant kitchens and as a freelance chef for private dinners, events and catering. Throughout his career, Louis has cooked for a wide range of clients through the restaurants and companies he worked for, from several seasons at the Ann Demeulemeester showroom in Paris to events for brands such as Land Rover and Delen Private Bank, as well as weddings, film sets and private events. In February 2020, Louis opened John Dory in Ghent, which he ran as chef-owner until its closure in September 2026, following the sale of the building.

Since August 2026 he works independently as a freelance chef available for private events, catering & culinary projects.
